• Data Driven Outreach: Developing a data driven outreach plan to ensure new students and youth are being engaged to meet them where they are for peer to peer engagement.
• Endorsement Process: Working on a rigorous endorsement process to ensure candidates are listening to youth voices and will pledge to vote with the needs of the next generation in mind.
• Organizing + Educational Events: engaging students and the next generation of leaders in fun interactive events to bring in excitement and energy while building power across the County among the youth.
• Leadership Building and Candidate Recruitment: Supporting members to build their skills, guiding them into positions of leadership and eventually cultivating future candidates and elected officials.
